. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

• Multiple accounts per user are strictly prohibited

4. MEMBERSHIP & SUBSCRIPTIONS

• Some features require paid membership plans
• Membership fees are:
  • Non-refundable

5. COMMISSION STRUCTURE

• Commissions are earned through:

• All commissions are subject to:

  • Fraud checks

5.2 Referral Commissions

• Referral earnings are paid up to 10 levels
• Commission percentages may vary by level and membership plan
• Referral commissions are primarily based on:

5.3 Sales Commissions

• Affiliates earn commissions when products are successfully sold through their referral links
• Commission rates depend on:
  • Vendor settings
  • Membership level

5.4 Click & Action Earnings

• Click (CPC) and Action (CPA) earnings are:
  • Limited
  • Subject to validation
• Fake or incentivized clicks/actions are strictly prohibited

6. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Users must NOT:

• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Generate fake clicks, traffic, or referrals
• Use bots, scripts, or automated systems
• Create multiple accounts
• Mislead customers or promote illegal products
• Abuse the commission system

7. FRAUD & PENALTIES

JaraPlug reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts involved in suspicious activity
• Reverse or cancel commissions
• Withhold earnings under investigation
• Ban users permanently without prior notice

8. PAYMENTS & WITHDRAWALS

• Earnings are subject to:
  • A holding period (e.g., 7–14 days)
  • Minimum withdrawal threshold
• JaraPlug reserves the right to:
  • Delay payments for verification
  • Reject fraudulent earnings

9. VENDOR TERMS

• Vendors are responsible for:
  • Product quality
  • Delivery and fulfillment
• JaraPlug is not liable for:
  • Product disputes
  • Customer dissatisfaction
• Vendors may be charged:
  • Listing fees
  • Commission per sale

10. REFUNDS & DISPUTES

• Membership fees are non-refundable
• Product refunds are handled by:
  • The respective vendor
• Disputes must be reported within a reasonable time

11. PLATFORM AVAILABILITY

• JaraPlug does not guarantee:
  • Continuous availability
  • Error-free operation
• Maintenance or downtime may occur without notice

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

JaraPlug shall not be liable for:

• Loss of income or profits
• Indirect or incidental damages
• User misuse of the platform

13. MODIFICATION OF TERMS
