We use advanced Server-to-Server (S2S) tracking technology to ensure that every click and sale is recorded with 100?curacy, protecting the interests of both our promoters and our merchants.

To account for merchant return windows and ensure transaction validity, there is a standard holding period (typically 14–30 days depending on the gadget category). Once this period clears, you can request a withdrawal via your dashboard, and funds are processed promptly to your registered bank account.

We offer multiple tiers to suit your level of experience. While we have a Default Registration Level to get you started, our premium membership plans unlock higher commission rates and bonuses, exclusive access to high-demand gadget launches, and advanced marketing tools to help you scale your earnings faster.

Our system automatically "Checks Award Levels" based on your performance. As you hit specific milestones in sales and total earnings, you move up (e.g., from Level 1 to Level 5). Each new level "plugs" you into a higher sales commission rate and one-time performance bonuses or physical reward.

Yes! At JaraPlug, we reward your traffic and influence. Affiliates earn a CPC (Cost Per Click) rate of ₦3 ($0.02) for every unique, valid click generated through their promotional links. This allows you to build a steady stream of "activity income" while you work toward larger sales commissions and referral bonuses.

Onboarding is simple. After creating a merchant account and passing our verification check, you can integrate your store (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) using our one-click plugins or API. Once integrated, you can upload your product catalog and set your desired commission rates for our 10,000+ affiliates to see.

JaraPlug operates on a Performance-Based Model. There are no heavy upfront advertising fees; you only pay a commission when an affiliate successfully drives a sale for your product. We also require a minimum escrow balance in your merchant wallet to ensure your active promoters are always incentivized and paid on time.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the JaraPlug platform (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, affiliates, and merchants.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration
Age: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. JaraPlug is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

3. Affiliate & MLM Terms
CPC (Cost Per Click): Affiliates earn ₦3 ($0.02) per unique, valid click. "Unique" is defined as one click per unique IP address within a 24-hour window.

Award Levels: Promotions to higher Award Levels are automated based on performance metrics (earnings and sales). JaraPlug reserves the right to manual audit before level advancement.

Prohibited Traffic: The use of bots, "click farms," incentivized clicking (asking people to click just for the sake of it), or misleading ad copy is strictly prohibited. Violation will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of earnings.

4. Merchant & Vendor Terms
Product Authenticity: Merchants must list only genuine, functional gadgets. Listing counterfeit or "knock-off" goods is grounds for permanent banning.

Commission Escrow: Merchants must maintain a minimum balance in their wallet to cover pending affiliate commissions and CPC fees.

Returns: In the event of a product return, JaraPlug reserves the right to claw back the associated commission from the affiliate’s pending balance.

5. Payments & Withdrawals
Payout Cycles: Commissions are subject to a verification period (typically 14–30 days) to prevent fraud and handle customer returns.

Minimum Threshold: Users may request a withdrawal once their "Cleared Balance" meets the minimum threshold defined in the user dashboard.

Taxes: Users are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes applicable to their earnings as per Nigerian law or their local jurisdiction.

6. Membership & Subscriptions
Fees: Membership fees for premium tiers are non-refundable once the account has been activated and tools have been accessed.

Upgrades: Users may upgrade their tier at any time; however, downgrades will only take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

7. Limitation of Liability
JaraPlug provides a marketplace platform. We are not responsible for the physical quality of gadgets sold by third-party merchants, nor do we guarantee specific income levels for affiliates. All earnings are based on individual performance and market demand.

8. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that engages in:

Fraudulent click generation.

Spamming of affiliate links.

Harassment of other users or staff.

Attempting to bypass our tracking systems.

9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
